Brass playing has been in the Alessi family for four generations. Alessi Publishing was established in 2000 for the purpose of providing quality arrangements for brass instruments. Alessi Publishing looks to broaden its reach for the future while continuing to provide the finest in brass arrangements.

APUB works featured

Joseph Alessi performed "Daybreak" by Nicola Ferro at the Fred Mills memorial service. Mills was a trumpet player in the Canadian Brass for almost 25 years. He was on the faculty of The University of Georgia when he died. This performance was given on September 20, 2009 at Hodgson Hall in Athens, Georgia. Damon Denton, pianist.

Ferro's "Notes of Love" was featured on Joseph Alessi's solo recital at the 2009 Alessi seminar at the University of New Mexico. Eric Huebner, pianist
